The Online Returns Process is a new offering at xfinity.com, where customers can return their Comcast devices through a simple online experience. I worked on the core product design team at Studio Rodrigo to design a seamless Online Returns flow for XFINITY.
We collaborated with the business, product, and design teams supporting My Xfinity and My Account to create a design solution that pivoted away from strictly being an online portal into a platform that can empower customers to fully manage their equipment returns at Comcast.
The team included Or Leviteh as Lead Project Manager and myself as Lead Product Designer. Work is in progress and confidential at the moment.
